Overview

Fund Criteria

Purpose: This fund was established to provide scholarships to deserving male students attending Ottawa University in Ottawa, KS, who are not studying for the ministry.

Criteria: In order to be eligible for the scholarship, you must meet the following:

• Be a male student at Ottawa University not studying for the ministry
• Have a financial need
• Have a record of unselfish commitment to others or the community, which may include service through a church or synagogue
• Scholastic aptitude as demonstrated by grade point average, test scores or other factors, though academic standing is not a priority

Guidelines: Scholarship is not limited to assistance with tuition and books and may include assistance with living expenses.

Amount: Generally, but not limited to, $2,000 per academic year

Deadline: Applications must be postmarked by April 1.
